A little about me.
- My name is Artur Tixiliski, and I am originally from Curitiba, Brazil and I have been in the United Kingdom for the past 20 years.
- I have a degree in documentary and editorial photography from Falmouth University and a master's degree in filmmaking from Bath University - I have acquired quite a lot of experience by now and you can be sure you are in safe hands.
- The connections I make with individuals are the most incredible and enjoyable aspect of my business, and wedding photography is no exception. Getting to know your friends and family on your special day is at the heart of what I do so that I can capture the best energy and create a true narrative.
- I balance my time between wedding photography, commercial and editorial work, and personal endeavours, including my role as the leader of the Afro-Brazilian group Soma Soma, as well as overseeing an arts festival in Brazil called Musinic as a creative director.

Melez Studio has been named in homage to my grandparents Floriano and Dora Melez. They were married for over 60 years and their life together has always been an inspiration to me.
